1. Event: Event means any and all activities associated with the organisation and participation of the Ocean Rockpool tour, including any pre and post event activities that are part of the Ocean Rockpool Tour.

2. Assumption of Risk: I take part at my own risk.  I understand that attending or participating in this event involves certain inherent risks and possibly extrinsic risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property loss or damage and other risks to you and others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my involvement, attendance and participation and take full responsibility my actions and inactions associated with the event.  

3. Medical Conditions: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in swimming or other activities associated with this event. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician if I have any health concerns prior to the event.

4. Participation. I am free to choose what level of participation in the Event. If I am unable to swim or are not confident to swim in rockpools or the surf I must advise an Organizer prior to the Event. Children and those with special needs must be supervised by their own carers.

5. No Liability for Injury or Damage: I acknowledge that the Non for Profit Organisation, The Ocean Rockpool Tour, volunteers, agents, and the Charities associated with the event (collectively, “the Organizers”) shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to myself, my property, or my guests that may occur as a result of my attendance or participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

6. Personal Responsibility and Safety: I agree to exercise caution and follow all safety instructions and advice given by the Organizers and relevant Authorities. I acknowledge that I will not be supervised at all times and I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of any people in my care. 

7. Release and Waiver: I hereby release and hold harmless the Organizers from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or related to my attendance or participation in this event.

8. Photo and Video Consent: I acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and agree that the Organizers may use these images for promotional purposes without compensation.
