We live in a lucky country, in one of the best cities in the world and one of the finest neighbourhoods, the Northern Beaches.
We want to celebrate this with our friends and family in a fun and challenging way.
Being healthy in mind, body and spirit can take some effort.
Everyone’s mental and physical health can always be improved with some exercise and sharing time with friends, both new and old.
We want to have some fun for our own health and wellbeing, and while doing so, raise awareness of mental health issues such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Depression and Anxiety Disorders.
We also want to help remove the stigma sometimes associated with mental health disorders and raise funds for local disadvantaged people in need of money and support who have been affected by mental health issues.
The Ocean Rockpool Tour is a Charity Swim Event set in New South Wales on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
The event is a celebration of our beautiful Ocean Rockpools while raising funds and awareness for mental health charities.
Catering for all levels of swimming ability, the event provides swimmers a means of challenging themselves to suit their individual preferences.
The weekend community event in January also provides the opportunity to learn more about the Northern Beaches Rockpools, including their unique history.
Course 1 – My Way / My Group – FREE Event for Beginners, Intermediate and Professionals – Charity Swim Fundraiser.

Course 2 – Guided Tour Charity Fundraiser Event Saturday 13th January 2024

All Ocean Rockpools from Palm Beach to Manly in one day.
The January 2023 Event was SOLD OUT.
1. Swim in each Ocean Rockpool on the Northern Beaches.
2. Transport, food and refreshments included.
3. Organised team swims at each Pool.
4. Includes your own personal fundraiser page and Information Pack and event merchandise and T-shirt.

Course 3 – Guided Tour – Walk and Talk it in one day. Charity Fundraiser Event Saturday 13th January 2024 ”Walk and Talk It” option.
Starts 5am @Palm Beach register and be part of the big day out for the charity.
Those that are “running it” – also sign up here.
1. Swim in each Ocean Rockpool on the Northern Beaches.
2. Walking guide, food and refreshments included.
3. Includes your own personal fundraiser page and Information Pack and event merchandise and T-shirt.
4. Registration fee of $50 – pay separately – we will be in touch to let you know how.

Course 4 – Cycle Group – Bike and Hike It in one day. Charity Fundraiser Event Saturday 13th January 2024 ”Bike and Hike It” option.
Starts 7.45am@Palm Beach register and be part of the big day out for the charity. Bikes not included – cyclist bring their own bikes.
1. Swim in each Ocean Rockpool on the Northern Beaches.
2. Some food and refreshments included.
3. Includes your own personal fundraiser page and Information Pack and event merchandise and T-shirt.
4. Registration fee of $50 – pay separately – we will be in touch to let you know how.
